What is AcesoRx?

AcesoRx is a prescription medication savings program that delivers up to a 90-day supply of generic maintenance medications right to your doorstep. AcesoRx has more than 1,200 generic drugs available across four flat-fee pricing tiers.

AcesoRx is available to anyone, regardless of insurance or income, but cannot be combined with any federal or state-funded programs such as Medicare.  There are no membership or enrollment fees, no pre-qualification standards, and no lengthy forms to complete. Plus, you cannot be disqualified due to previous health conditions.

You can register online, by phone or via the mail. Prescriptions are delivered to your doorstep by our mail order pharmacy partner within 5-7 days of validation of your prescription and payment. Just follow three easy steps:

   1. Register online, by phone or by mail
   2. Submit your valid prescription and payment
   3. Receive your  generic medication(s) by mail.

Who uses AcesoRx?

Anyone with a valid prescription! AcesoRx is available to anyone looking for a convenient and cost-effective means of purchasing generic maintenance prescription drugs. Customer feedback has indicated a wide range of situations in which AcesoRx is a fit.  People with no healthcare coverage will find AcesoRx to be an affordable alternative to the high retail price of prescriptions. Others with a qualified High Deductible Health Plan (HSA or HRA) can use AcesoRx to pay for their medications and save their health care dollars for other needs or unexpected claims.   Even people who utilize other discount programs or seniors who reach the Medicare “donut hole” may find AcesoRx to be a more affordable option for their cash-based Rx needs.1

What if I am prescribed a drug that is not on the AcesoRx drug list?

In many cases, AcesoRx will carry alternate drug(s) in the same therapeutic class as the one you are taking. Consult your physician to determine if any of the products offered through the AcesoRx program are appropriate for you.

How do I use the AcesoRx program?

If you’re currently taking a generic drug on the AcesoRx drug list, simply follow the Registration Steps and submit a valid prescription for that drug. (If your script is not written for 90-days, your physician should be able to do so for most but not all medications).

If you’re not taking a generic drug on the AcesoRx list,  talk to your physician about whether one of our medications is appropriate for you.  Our drug list can be viewed online here. If so, your physician  needs to write the prescription for up to a 90-day supply with authorized refills.

Locate your drug in our Drug List to identify the payment tier quantity – $25, $50, $75 or $100.

You will then need to complete the registration process, get your prescription and submit it along with payment to our pharmacy partner. Please visit the How to Order page for a complete description of this process. Once your registration, prescription and payment have been validated by our pharmacy partner, your drugs will be mailed to your home within 5 - 7 business days.

What forms of payment are accepted?

AcesoRx accepts American Express®,Discover®, Master Card®, or Visa® credit cards, or you may pay by check or money order. You may send check or money order by mail along with your prescription, or call our customer service team at 888.697.9646 and provide your credit card information over the phone. Cash cannot be accepted.


How do I register and get my prescription to AcesoRx?

You may register for the AcesoRx program in the following ways:

1.  Complete the online registration form
2.  Call 888.697.9646 and register over the phone

You may provide your prescription to our pharmacy partner in the following ways:

1. Have your doctor call or fax in your prescription to:

2. Mail your prescription to the following address:

When mailing your prescription, please make sure it clearly shows your doctor’s name, address, phone number, exact dosage and your name.

PLEASE NOTE: Your registration form, valid prescription and payment must be received and validated before an order can be processed.

How do I order my refills?

As the patient, you must initiate your medication refill. Be sure to initiate your reorder 10 - 15 days in advance of the time you need to have your refill medications in hand. This will allow ample time for processing and shipping. You may order your authorized refill by calling our customer service team at 888.697.9646 and provide your prescription number.

Be sure to include payment with all refill requests.

How long will it take to receive my medication?

Once our pharmacy partner has received your registration, prescription and payment, your prescription should arrive at your doorstep within 5 - 7 business days.
